Club Gracia’s competitive program provides training that focuses on physical and psychological conditioning and the development of advanced body and apparatus technique in order to prepare for participation in competitions. Gymnasts in our competitive levels will learn routines specific to their level of competition that are designed and choreographed to suit each gymnast’s personal abilities and character.
Competitive levels vary by age and ability, and athletes are encouraged to move through the levels at their own pace through the support of their coaches. Our competitive program involves attending competitions within USA and Canada.
Our requirements to participate in competitions:
For Level s 3,4 : The gymnasts should participate not less than: 6-8 hours a week; 1 hour a week of group private lesson.
For Level s 5, 6 : The gymnasts should participate not less than: 15-20 hours a week; 1.5 hour a week of group private lesson.
For the Level 6 is necessary to take 1 hour a week private lesson
For Level s 7, 8, 9 : The gymnasts should participate not less than: 20 hours a week; 2 hours a week of group private lesson and 1 hour a week private lesson.
Students, who attend twice a week are not eligible to participate in the competitions.
